You can generally expect your order to arrive within 1 to 10 business days from placement of order.

Returns

Please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery of your parcel if the item is faulty or if you need to exchange the size.(We will do our absolute best to repair or replace the faulty item where applicable.)

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND (change of mind includes size, colour, style etc.. )Where a size has been incorrectly chosen an exchange is welcome. We will issue an online store credit upon arrival of your return parcel. Please see below for instructions. Your parcel will also have these details on your thank you card.

  1. Shipping Costs to be covered by the customer. (We do not supply return labels)

  2. Store Credit will be issued once item/s arrives back.

  3. Notify faulty returns or exchange. Notify Moogig with an email for pre-authorization of return or exchange within 7 days from delivery date.

  4. We recommend using your store credit to purchase your new size unless otherwise instructed. Unfortunately due to our fast stock turnover we are unable to hold sizes.

  5. Please provide order name, order email or order number in your returning parcel for reference.

  6. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of parcel – wihin Australia, 3 weeks for International purchases.

  7. Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed,unworn and tags attached.

  8. Please keep your tracking number provided by your post office. Please allow 1-2 business days for store credit to be processed once your parcel has arrived back to Moogig office.

  9. A return address will be sent to you when you send an email for Pre-Authorization of your exchange/ faulty return etc
